Angelica Alcoser is a Tejano recording artist and business professional with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of the Incarnate Word, San Antonio. She is a voting member of the Recording Academy® and the Latin Recording Academy®. As Founder, she provides strategic direction and oversees the organization’s mission, governance, and financial stewardship.

Arthur “Tweet” Juarez, Jr.

Director

Arthur “Tweet” Juarez, Jr. is a Latin Grammy–winning Tejano artist and respected industry leader. He is a member of the Recording Academy® and the Latin Recording Academy®. His national experience and artistic leadership support the Fund’s commitment to excellence and cultural preservation.

James Garcia

Director

James Garcia is a musician and community advocate with extensive relationships across the Tejano industry. He contributes to outreach strategy, partnership development, and long-term community engagement efforts.
